CMA Midwest, a leading executive search firm in Kansas City, has recently made some exciting changes to its management team to facilitate growth in its Career Transition and Leadership Development practices. In 2020, CMA Midwest was selected as the preferred partner for Career Partners International in Kansas City. However, after the pandemic eased, companies went on a hiring spree which shifted CMA Midwest’s focus back to Executive Search. With strong growth in Search in 2021 and 75% growth in 2022, the leadership at CMA Midwest decided to give the necessary attention to growing both the Career Transition and Leadership Development practices.
To support this growth, CMA Midwest is thrilled to announce the promotion of Gentry Ferguson to the position of Chief Revenue Officer. Gentry previously served as Vice President of Client Relationships and will now focus on expanding growth across all product segments, managing client relationships, and aligning sales and marketing strategies.
Additionally, John Copeland has joined the CMA Midwest team as Executive Vice President and Partner. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the Human Capital Consulting sector, John brings a wealth of expertise to the team and will primarily focus on expanding and developing the Career Transition/Outplacement and Leadership Development practices.
Lastly, Ann Mann has also joined CMA Midwest as Vice President of Client Relationships, where she will be supporting John Copeland. Ann’s primary focus will be on building relationships in Outplacement and introducing new territories as CMA Midwest prioritizes growing that business.
CMA Midwest is excited about these changes and is confident that they will be instrumental in the company’s continued growth and success.
