John has delivered executive development programs and leadership training programs across a variety of Fortune 500 companies, public and privately held companies, start-up ventures and not-for-profit organizations. John is a Certified Analyst in MPO, Management for Performance in Organization.

Gentry Ferguson serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for CMA Midwest focused on driving business growth across all customer segments while improving strategy and customer relationships. Gentry joined CMA Midwest after spending nearly 13 years cultivating strategic partnerships that drove millions in EBIDTA for two of Kansas City’s largest companies. Gentry brings a wide range of expertise in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing strategies to help propel CMA Midwest as the partner and brand of choice for companies throughout the Midwest.

John Copeland is an Executive Vice President and Partner at CMA Midwest and leads the firms Outplacement, Career Mobility and Leadership Development Practices. John is a hands-on business leader with over 25 years’ experience consulting with Fortune 1000 companies in the areas of strategic workforce advisory, executive coaching, leadership development, change management, career development, transition, and redeployment solutions. John is an industry thought leader and trusted workforce strategy advisor to the executive level.
Vice President of Client Relations
Ann Mann is the Vice President of Client Relations at CMA Midwest and works within the Outplacement, Executive Coaching, Talent and Leadership Development Practices. With over 17 years experience in the industry, her passion is working with clients to retain, develop and off board employees, she is a go-to in Human Resources Solutions.
